The terms that apply to text messages you receive from Lumaril.
Program description
Lumaril Corporation ("Lumaril") sends SMS text messages to enrolled users about account notifications, service updates, and customer support communications (the "SMS Program"). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through the SMS Program.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to us in connection with your Lumaril account or by enrolling on the SMS Notifications page, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lumaril at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Lumaril. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you are enrolled to receive.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Messages are supported by most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us, or by emailing support@lumaril.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the SMS Program unless you enroll again.

Your personal information
We collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent in order to operate the SMS Program. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use SMS delivery providers to send messages on our behalf, and they may process your number only for that purpose. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Privacy Policy.
